Meet the faces behind the project
- Ioannis Manolis is the Chief Quality Officer & HR Director at Logika. Within CIPHER, he focuses on preparing the organizational infrastructure to adopt and integrate the project’s advanced cybersecurity outcomes. From a Quality and HR perspective, his mission is to ensure that internal processes and teams are perfectly aligned with the new framework and requirements. By providing vital feedback during the pilot phase, he facilitates a smooth, high-standard implementation of the CIPHER platform.
They actively pursue and implement European-funded (EU) projects, providing technical leadership for the design and delivery of digital solutions within structured, multi-stakeholder environments aligned with EU standards, compliance requirements, and innovation frameworks.
- Christos Kalantzakos is a key member of the Quality Department at Logika. He provides essential support for the back-end operations of the project, ensuring that the administrative and operational workflows remain efficient. His role is fundamental in maintaining the quality standards of the pilot activities and coordinating the day-to-day technical requirements that allow Logika to stay aligned with the project’s overarching goals.
- Sotirios Syrigos serves as the Legal Signatory and Change Management Lead for Logika, and is also a key member of the Quality Department. His expertise is crucial in navigating the legal complexities of cybersecurity adoption and leading the change management strategies required to transition toward decentralized and governed data systems. He ensures that the evolution of the organization’s digital infrastructure is backed by solid legal standing and a clear roadmap for internal cultural transformation.
