K3Y manages the Security Advisory Services as the Leader of WP5. They are tasked with delivering AI-driven security recommendations and developing the Regulatory Compliance Checker to ensure adherence to standards like NIS2 and DORA.
Meet the faces behind the project
- Panagiotis Radoglou Grammatikis is Director of R&D at K3Y and serves as the senior strategic and technical lead for K3Y within CIPHER. He oversees K3Y’s overall participation in the project, ensuring that the company’s contributions are aligned with CIPHER’s objectives, architecture, research direction, and consortium-level priorities.
His role focuses on providing high-level guidance across K3Y’s technical and innovation activities, coordinating K3Y’s overall contribution to the project’s Security Advisory Services, and ensuring that the company’s cybersecurity expertise is positioned coherently within the wider CIPHER ecosystem.
- Eleftherios Kilaroglou is Project Manager at K3Y. In CIPHER, he supports the coordination of K3Y’s contribution to the project’s Security Advisory Services, focusing on the organisation of activities related to AI-driven security recommendations and regulatory compliance checking.
His role focuses on meeting preparation, coordination of partner inputs, internal planning, reporting support, and communication related to K3Y’s responsibilities in the project. Through this work, he helps translate the objectives of the Security Advisory Services into structured activities and supports the alignment of K3Y’s contributions with the project work plan and consortium expectations.
- Marios Siganos is Project Manager at K3Y, with a focus on innovation activities within CIPHER. His role focuses on supporting the innovation dimension of K3Y’s contribution, helping connect technical development with exploitation potential, stakeholder needs, and the practical value of the project’s results.
He contributes to planning, internal follow-up, technical documentation, and the preparation of inputs for project meetings and reporting activities. Marios also supports the positioning of K3Y’s cybersecurity assets within the broader CIPHER ecosystem, helping ensure that the services developed under CIPHER’s Security Advisory Services are not only technically sound, but also relevant, usable, and aligned with the needs of critical infrastructure stakeholders.
- George Kalitsios contributes to CIPHER as AI Expert at K3Y. His work focuses on the adaptation, configuration, and refinement of K3Y’s AI-driven capabilities for the needs of the project’s Security Advisory Services, especially in relation to security recommendations and regulatory compliance assessment.
He contributes to the customisation of AI agents, prompt engineering workflows, model interaction mechanisms, and inference interfaces that support the transformation of cybersecurity events, policies, and organisational data into actionable recommendations. He also supports the adaptation and validation of the Regulatory Compliance Checker, combining rule-based logic with generative AI capabilities to assist organisations in assessing internal processes and documentation against relevant European cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
- Ioannis Boukas contributes to CIPHER as Backend Developer at K3Y. His role focuses on the design and integration of backend services, APIs, and data exchange mechanisms that support the operation of K3Y’s components within the CIPHER platform.
He contributes to the technical foundations required for the interaction between AI-driven advisory modules, cybersecurity data sources, compliance checking services, and platform-level interfaces. Through his backend development work, Ioannis supports the reliability, scalability, and interoperability of K3Y’s contributions, helping ensure that the services developed within CIPHER’s Security Advisory Services can be integrated effectively with the wider experimentation and validation environment.
- Christos Dalamagkas contributes to CIPHER as Cybersecurity Expert at K3Y. His role focuses on ensuring that the security advisory services developed in CIPHER remain technically meaningful, realistic, and aligned with the needs of critical infrastructure environments.
He provides cybersecurity expertise for the interpretation of security events, the definition of recommendation logic, and the validation of compliance-oriented outputs produced by the CIPHER platform. He also supervises the integration of K3Y’s research background and technology portfolio into the CIPHER ecosystem, including assets such as K3CyberRadar, a federated SIEM platform integrating AI-based detection systems, and K3NetOrchestra, an SDN-enabled network orchestrator for IT and OT environments.
